Current Vacancies

Thank you for your interest in working with us. We are currently developing our team structure and will be recruiting for the following positions:

Planned Positions

  • Support Worker (Mental Health/Counseling): Part-time, 15 hours per week
  • Fundraising and Promotions/Marketing Coordinator: Part-time

Important Note for All Applicants

All shortlisted applicants to Shirleys Field Community Farm, for whatever job, are required to do at least one day’s volunteering on site before an interview can be offered.

This is because we are an unusual organization with a quirky but very encompassing approach which does not suit everyone. Volunteering at the farm provides an insight into what the job would be like, and what it might involve in terms of contact with volunteers, outdoor work, and constraints.
